HOW DOES IT WORK

4 CHALLENGES

Throughout the year, Live Kaya will be sponsoring 4 TRANSFORMATION challenges, with each challenge lasting 8 weeks. Participants will get fitness tips, recipes, workouts and constant support from Live Kaya’s coaches via the TRANSFORMATION Facebook page.

Each quarterly challenge winner will receive a gym bag filled with gym clothes, a meal prepping kit, and Live Kaya products!

At the end of each challenge, 3 winners will be selected. At the end of the year, once all the challenges are complete, 3 overall TRANSFORMATIONs will be chosen. Overall TRANSFORMATIONS will be based on the challengers’ progress from their first entry to their last, regardless of which challenges they began or ended with.
